Apple Cinnamon Sauce

A fresh and simple apple cinnamon sauce that pairs wonderfully with desserts or as a warm topping for pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 4 large apples
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

    Peel, quarter, core the apples, cut into pieces and steam in a little water for 10 minutes.

    Blend with an immersion blender. Season with sugar and cinnamon.

    Reheat and immediately fill hot-washed jars, seal with twist-off lids, and let cool.
