Ingredients
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 100 g buttermilk cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- 1 stalk Celery
- 150 g small apples (1 small apple)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Stir curry powder with 2 tbsp warm water until dissolved. Add cream cheese and mix until creamy.

Wash the celery, remove any strings if necessary, and trim. Finely chop the greens and dice the celery. Set aside 1 tbsp of diced celery.

Wash the apple, pat dry, quarter it and remove the core. Dice the apple finely.

Combine the curry-cream cheese with apples, celery, and celery greens. If the mixture is too thick, add 1–2 tbsp water and stir until creamy. Season the spread with salt and pepper and sprinkle with remaining diced celery.
