Ingredients

  • 500 g Boskop apples
  • 300 g blackberries
  • 50 ml cloudy apple juice
  • 75 g coconut palm sugar
  • 75 g coconut oil
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 50 g whole wheat flour
  • 50 g ground hazelnuts
  • 100 g almond flakes
  • 50 g delicate rolled oats

Instructions

    Wash, core and slice the apples. Wash the blackberries and pat dry. Combine apples, blackberries and apple juice in a pot and bring to a quick boil. Transfer to a baking dish.

    For the crumble mix coconut oil with coconut palm sugar, flour and hazelnuts. Fold in almond flakes and oats, then form into crumb topping.

    Spread the crumble over the fruit and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C (fan 200 °C; gas: level 3–4) for about 20 minutes. Remove and serve warm.
