Ingredients
- 3 blood oranges
- 200 g fine rolled oats
- 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 400 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 3 tbsp liquid honey

Peel two of the blood oranges so that all white pith is removed. Cut fruit segments between the membranes and trim them smaller if needed.

Whisk oats, milk, yogurt, and honey together and fold in orange pieces. Spoon into small glass jars with screw caps (about 250 ml) and seal. Refrigerate for 12 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the mixture to thicken.
