Oatmeal with Fruit

The oatmeal with fruit from Spoonsparrow is a great breakfast to prepare and take along – perfect for the office!

Ingredients

  • 300 g blueberries
  • 2 Bananas
  • 400 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 100 g soft rolled oats
  • 60 g walnut kernels

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the blueberries. Peel the bananas and slice them.

    Stir the milk with the oats. Pour into sealable jars and distribute the fruit on top. Garnish the oatmeal with walnuts and enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
