Mandarin Quark

The mandarin quark from Spoonsparrow is perfect for a vitamin-C rich start to the day!

Ingredients

  • 1 piece fresh ginger (10 g)
  • 5 mandarins
  • 250 g Quark (20% fat)
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 10 hazelnut kernels (peeled)

Instructions

    Peel the ginger and finely chop it. Squeeze juice from 2 mandarins and mix with the quark.

    Peel the remaining mandarins and cut the segments into small cubes. Stir maple syrup and ginger into the quark.

  3. 3.

    Coarsely chop the nuts, toast them in a dry pan until golden brown, and sprinkle over the mandarin quark.
