Ingredients
- 175 g spelt whole‑grain flour
- 25 g rolled oats
- 50 g Coconut sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 90 g cold butter
- 600 g tart apples (Boskop)
- 0.5 lemon
- 100 g raisins
Instructions

Process flour, oats, coconut sugar, salt, cinnamon and butter into crumble and refrigerate.

Peel, quarter, core the apples and slice thinly. Squeeze lemon juice over apple slices. Mix apples with raisins. Place apple mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle crumble on top.

Bake apple bake in preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove and serve warm.
