Ingredients
- 4 small ripe apples
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp raw cane sugar powdered

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into thin slivers. Arrange the apple slices fan‑shaped in the raclette pans.

Whisk together the crème fraîche, egg yolks, cinnamon and powdered sugar, then pour over the apples. Bake in the raclette appliance for about 10 minutes until the surface browns and the sauce thickens. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
