Ingredients

  • 100 g apples
  • 1 tsp dark almond butter
  • 20 g oats
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Wash and thoroughly dry the apples. Quarter them and remove the core. Cut apple quarters into large pieces.

    Pulse the almond butter with the apple pieces in a blender until finely chopped.

    Bring 120 ml water to a gentle boil with the oats in a pot. Stir for about 2 minutes, then remove from heat.

    Stir the almond‑apple mix into the porridge and let it cool slightly. Then stir in the oil.
