Ingredients
- 300 g Soy yogurt
- 3 tbsp Coconut milk (45 g)
- 200 g pineapple chunks
- 3 tsp sesame seeds
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp delicate rolled oats
Instructions

Stir soy yogurt with coconut milk. Cut pineapple into pieces.

Sauté pineapple in a hot pan with 1 tsp maple syrup and 1 tsp sesame on medium heat for 4–5 minutes, letting it caramelize slightly. Remove from heat and let cool.

Fill two bowls with coconut soy yogurt, arrange pineapple on top, sprinkle remaining sesame and oats, and drizzle each with 1 tsp maple syrup.
