Aperino Yogurt Berry Popsicle

Cool summer treat! With the recipe for Aperino yogurt berry popsicles from Spoonsparrow, you’ll bring smiles to everyone.

Ingredients

  • 200 g mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 4 tbsp Salus Aperino Johannisbeere Acerola (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 500 g Greek yogurt (10% fat)
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup from Rapunzel (available at Reformhaus®)

Instructions

    Clean, rinse and pat the berries dry. Blend them with Salus Aperino Johannisbeere Acerola in a tall bowl until smooth.

    Whisk the yogurt with maple syrup until silky. Alternately fill popsicle molds with berry puree and yogurt mixture, then insert sticks. Push the stick through to create a marbled effect.

    Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
