Ingredients
- 800 g plums
- 0.5 Organic lemon
- 4 tbsp apple juice
- 50 g ground almonds
- 50 g ground hazelnuts
- 100 g Coconut sugar
- 100 g spelt whole‑grain flour
- 50 g rolled oats
- 125 g butter
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

Wash, halve, pit the plums and place them cut side up in a baking dish. Rinse the lemon hot, pat dry, grate the zest finely and squeeze out the juice. Mix both with apple juice and drizzle over the plums.

Knead the almonds and hazelnuts with coconut sugar, flour, oats, butter and cinnamon until crumbs form. Sprinkle this over the plums and bake the crumble in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes.
