Anti-Aging Smoothie

The Anti-Aging Smoothie by Spoonsparrow is a healthy refreshment on hot days.

Ingredients

  • 150 g ripe strawberries
  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 50 g Raspberries
  • 300 g watermelon flesh
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 stems of mint
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Clean and wash the strawberries. Wash the blueberries and raspberries. Cut the watermelon into small pieces.

    Peel, clean, and chop the carrots. Clean, wash, and cut the tomatoes. Rinse the mint, pat dry, and remove leaves from stems.

    Add fruit, vegetables, mint, and oil to a blender with 200 ml water and lemon juice. Blend everything very finely. Pour the anti-aging smoothie into four glasses and serve.
