Ingredients

  • 150 g amaranth
  • 250 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and currants)
  • 45 g sunflower seeds (3 tbsp)
  • 400 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions

    Cook the amaranth according to package instructions in water and then let it cool well.

    Meanwhile, rinse, wash and trim the berries; cut large berries into halves or quarters.

    Roast the sunflower seeds in a hot pan without oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.

    Mix yogurt with agave syrup, half of the berries and half of the amaranth.

    Divide the muesli among four bowls. Top with remaining berries, remaining amaranth and roasted sunflower seeds. Serve immediately.
