Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 120 g oats
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp ground cardamom
- 200 ml unsweetened oat milk
- 0.5 apple
- 2 tbsp almonds (15 g each)
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- 2 tsp nut butter
Instructions

Peel, peel and grate the carrot. In a pot combine grated carrot, oats, cinnamon and cardamom with oat milk and 200 ml water; bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute over medium heat. Remove from heat and let it thicken for 10 minutes.

Wash apple halves, core them and cut into pieces. Divide the porridge into two bowls, top with apple pieces, almonds, hemp seeds and nut butter.
