Apple-Banana Muesli with Amaranth

Ingredients

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 100 ml soy drink (soy milk) vanilla flavor
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 red-skinned apple
  • 250 g soy yogurt (flavor as desired)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp amaranth pops

Instructions

    Stir the oat flakes with the soy drink and let them soak for a few minutes.

    While that rests, peel the bananas and mash them slightly. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and grate the quarters coarsely. Mix the fruits with the soy yogurt and fold into the oats, sweeten to taste, and divide the muesli among four bowls.
