Almond Tart

Ingredients
- 100 g Soft Butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 tbsp milk (as needed)
- 300 g flour (type 1050)
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g butter
- 50 g honey
- 200 g almond flakes
- 2 tbsp flour

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat the butter, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Fold in the eggs and cinnamon, then stir for 5 minutes. Gradually mix in milk alternately with flour and baking powder. Spread or roll out the dough on the sheet and distribute evenly.

Heat the butter and honey in a saucepan, add almond flakes and flour, stir, and spread over the dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. While still hot, cut into 15-20 long pieces and cool on a rack.
