Ingredients
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 8 Physalis berries
- bunch of colorful sugar sprinkles
- 4 lime juices
- 2 tbsp raw sugar
- 4 tbsp rum
- 50 g dried cranberries (or raisins)
- 1 pineapple
- 1 Mango
- mint for garnish

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces. Place in a bowl and melt over a hot water bath. Carefully separate Physalis leaves. Stir the chocolate until smooth. Dip Physalis first into the chocolate, then into the sugar sprinkles. Let set on foil.

Heat lime juice with sugar until dissolved. Stir in rum and cranberries. Quarter the pineapple, peel, and cut into pieces. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the hard core. Slice coconut with a vegetable peeler into shreds.
