Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder

Instructions

    Clean, wash and quarter the corn lengthwise. Place the kernels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a casserole dish. Brush with oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with yogurt dip if desired.
