  • 30 g Manchego (finely grated)
  • 50 g almond kernels
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 0.5 can saffron
  • 2 tbsp toasted almond kernels
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Dissolve saffron strands in a little vegetable broth.

    Then mix all ingredients except the toasted almonds, stir until smooth, season, and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
