- 30 g Manchego (finely grated)
- 50 g almond kernels
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 0.5 can saffron
- 2 tbsp toasted almond kernels
- Salt
- ground pepper

Dissolve saffron strands in a little vegetable broth.
