Ingredients
- 4 tbsp red sugar
- 400 g raspberries
- 600 ml almond drink (almond milk)
- 2 tbsp ground almonds
- 1 Orange (juice)
- 1 tbsp pear syrup
Instructions

Dip the rim of glasses in water and coat with red sugar.

Separate the raspberries, skewer four for garnish. Puree the rest through a fine sieve. Blend the raspberry pulp with almond drink, ground almonds, orange juice, and pear syrup until smooth.
