Ingredients

  • 2 small mangoes
  • 200 g Blueberries
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 80 g flour
  • 80 g Butter
  • 50 g ground hazelnuts
  • 1 pinch salt
  • fat (for the ramekins)
  • 150 g whole milk yogurt

Instructions

    Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the pit and cut into small pieces. Wash the blueberries and place them with the mango chunks in four small greased ramekins.

    Process sugar, flour, butter, hazelnuts and salt into crumbs and sprinkle over the fruit. Bake the ramekins in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden. Serve warm with whole milk yogurt.
