Ingredients
- 100 g almond sticks
- 150 g dark chocolate couverture
- 2 tbsp finely chopped candied ginger
- 20 paper molds (or Staniol molds for pralines)
Instructions

Roast almonds in a dry pan until lightly browned.

Melt the crushed chocolate in a double boiler, stir in the almonds and ginger, then spoon the mixture into the molds using two teaspoons.

Refrigerate until firm.

Optionally garnish with sugared star-shaped candied ginger or dust with sugar.
