Ingredients
- 1 carp (about 1.2 kg without head, ready to cook, gutted)
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp germ oil
- pepper (ground)
- 4 Tbsp almond flakes

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) with upper and lower heat.

Wash the carp, pat dry, cut into fillets, lightly score the skin to prevent curling.

Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and oil; season with pepper. Place fish pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with the mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, turning once and brushing again. Sprinkle almond flakes over the fish and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
