Air Fryer Granola

Crispy, delicious and easy to prepare: Granola from the air fryer by Spoonsparrow

Ingredients

  • 70 g coconut oil from Fauser Vitaquell (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 4 tbsp almonds from Lihn (60 g; available at Reformhaus®)
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup from Rapunzel (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 100 g Reformhaus® (Haferwunder)
  • 150 g soft oats from Bauck (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 50 g wheat germ from Grandel (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk from Reformhaus® (20 g)
  • 4 tbsp cranberries from Reformhaus® (60 g)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds from Reformhaus® (30 g)
  • 1 tsp ground bourbon vanilla from Brecht (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon from Brecht (available at Reformhaus®)

Instructions

    Melt coconut oil in a small pot over low heat. Roughly chop the almonds. Mix all ingredients with the coconut oil and knead into crumbs by hand.

    Place the mixture in the air fryer basket, spread it out, and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes total. Stir once halfway through.

    After baking, remove the granola from the air fryer, let it cool on a large plate, then transfer to a storage jar.
