Ingredients

  • 200 g unsweetened applesauce (about 2 small mugs)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (1.5% fat) (≈20 g)
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • 50 g whole wheat flour (≈1 small mug)
  • 50 g fine rolled oats (≈1 small mug)
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

    Stir half the applesauce with egg, yogurt and rapeseed oil in a bowl.

    Mix whole wheat flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon together and fold into the wet mixture. Divide the batter between two small oven cups.
