Ingredients
- 100 g Blackberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1.5 tsp acai powder
- 2 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 150 ml coconut drink (or plant milk of choice)
- 1 tsp coconut butter (or plant butter of choice)
- 1 tsp chopped almonds (or coconut flakes)
- 1 sprig mint
Instructions

Wash and rinse the blackberries, set aside about 5 berries. Peel the banana and reserve a quarter. Combine the fruit with the remaining ingredients (except topping) in a blender and blend until a creamy consistency forms.

Slice the reserved quarter of banana into rounds, then garnish the bowl with banana slices, blackberries, almonds, and mint.
