Ingredients

  • 100 g Blackberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1.5 tsp acai powder
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 150 ml coconut drink (or plant milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp coconut butter (or plant butter of choice)
  • 1 tsp chopped almonds (or coconut flakes)
  • 1 sprig mint

Instructions

    Wash and rinse the blackberries, set aside about 5 berries. Peel the banana and reserve a quarter. Combine the fruit with the remaining ingredients (except topping) in a blender and blend until a creamy consistency forms.

    Slice the reserved quarter of banana into rounds, then garnish the bowl with banana slices, blackberries, almonds, and mint.
