4‑Way Grill Marinade
Whether it’s meat, fish or vegetables, these four fresh grill marinades make everything taste simply amazing!
Ingredients
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp coarse mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika (or sweet paprika)
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt

- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 5 g ginger (1 piece)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 stems coriander
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 bunch fresh garden herbs (e.g., parsley, chives, marjoram)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

For the honey‑mustard marinades, pluck rosemary leaves from the stems and finely chop. Peel the garlic and either finely mince or press it through a garlic press. Mix all ingredients vigorously together and season with salt and pepper.

For the smoked paprika marinades, wash the thyme, pat dry, and remove the leaflets. Finely chop the thyme leaves. Peel the garlic and either finely mince or press it. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.

For the lemongrass‑ginger marinades, strip the woody ends and outer leaf layers from the lemongrass. Peel the ginger and garlic. Wash the coriander, shake dry, and pluck the leaves. Finely chop the lemongrass, ginger, garlic, and coriander greens. Mix all ingredients well and season with salt and pepper.

For the garden‑herb marinades, wash the herbs, pat dry, and finely chop them. Peel the garlic and either finely mince or press it. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
