Ingredients

  • 1 Biskuitboden
  • 1 orange (juiced)
  • 3 EL Cognac
  • 400 g Schlagsahne
  • 100 g gemahlene Mandelkerne
  • Pistazien (50 g, chopped)
  • Pinienkerne (50 g, chopped)
  • 50 g Schokolade (gehackt)
  • 75 g Schokolade (geschmolzen)
  • 4 EL Aprikosensaft
  • 150 g Puderzucker

Instructions

    Cut the Biskuit into slices and line a foil‑lined pan with them. Mix orange juice with Cognac and drizzle over the cake. Whip the cream stiff, fold in almonds, chocolate, pistachios and pine nuts. Spread half of the mixture in the pan, set aside 3 EL.

    Fold the melted chocolate under the remaining half, pour into the pan, and spread the rest of the light cream on top. Crumble the remaining Biskuit, sprinkle over the base, press down, chill for several hours, then remove the foil. Mix apricot juice with powdered sugar, brush the cake, and serve.
