  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g round grain rice
  • lemons
  • 8 Prosecco
  • mint (for garnish)
  • raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions

    Bring milk with salt and lemon zest to a boil, then add the rice. Let it simmer gently for about half to three‑quarters of an hour until it thickens.
