Strawberry Cold Bowl with Prosecco

Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar from raw cane sugar
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 150 ml Prosecco (well chilled)
- 4 mint stems

Clean, wash and pat dry the strawberries. Reserve 100 g for garnish. Cut the remaining strawberries into small pieces. Add powdered sugar, vanilla powder, yogurt, orange juice and lemon juice to a blender and puree. Strain the strawberry purée through a sieve and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Slice the remaining strawberries. Gently fold the strawberry purée with Prosecco. Wash and dry the mint, then shake off excess water. Arrange the mint and sliced strawberries on top of the cold bowl.
