Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 160 g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g Low-fat quark
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g grated Edam cheese
  • 100 g grated Parmesan
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Knead the flour, butter and salt quickly into a smooth dough, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Divide the dough into six parts and each between two sheets of film slightly larger than the tartlet molds. Line the molds with the dough and keep refrigerated.

    1) Score the tomatoes crosswise, blanch them and peel.

    6) Place the quark in a bowl, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, mix with the quark and eggs, then stir in the grated cheese.

    7) Spread two-thirds of the mixture onto the tartlets.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
