Ingredients
- 500 g zucchini
- 250 g mixed leafy greens
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 red chilies
- 2 EL white wine vinegar
- 3 EL lemon juice
- 5 EL vegetable broth
- 1 EL soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 EL oil
- 0.5 bunch coriander
- 250 g cooked sea crab

Wash, trim zucchini and slice lengthwise into thin strips, then cut crosswise into sticks. Wash and drain greens. Peel onion, halve and slice thinly. Rinse chilies, split lengthwise, deseed, remove white membrane, and finely dice.

Whisk vinegar, lemon juice, broth, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and oil; wash coriander, pat dry, chop, and fold in. Add dressing to salad and mix well. Wash shrimp, pat dry, and fold in. Serve with white bread.
