Ingredients

  • 600 g yellow and green zucchini
  • 2 bunches basil
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and slice the zucchini into thin rounds.

    Wash and dry the basil leaves, split large leaves in half, and combine with the zucchini slices in a bowl.
