Ingredients

  • 6 ripe medium tomatoes
  • 300 g buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 netted melon
  • 0.5 bunch Basil
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices that are not too thin. Slice the mozzarella. Pull the basil leaves from their stems and cut them into strips. Halve the melon, remove the seeds, and use a melon baller to create beautiful balls.

    Arrange the melon balls, tomatoes, and mozzarella on a plate, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with basil.
