Ingredients
- 1 meat tomato
- 1 Shallot
- 250 g yogurt
- 0.25 tsp ground cumin
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 tsp brown mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp oil

Sauté mustard seeds in hot oil until fragrant and crackling. Fold into the yogurt.

Finely chop the shallot. Wash, halve, deseed, and dice the tomato. Mix both into the yogurt and season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
