Zucchini Omelette

Ingredients

  • 3 zucchinis
  • 6 Eggs
  • 80 ml milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • nutmeg
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) with upper and lower heat.

    Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and slice into 3-4 mm thick long strips. Whisk the eggs vigorously and stir in the milk. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Melt the butter in a pan and pour half of the egg mixture in. Let it set briefly, then top with the zucchini slices. Transfer everything to the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes until the omelette and zucchini slices turn golden brown. Remove and serve on the pan.
