Ingredients

  • 500 g mixed ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 loaf of bread (from yesterday)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tbsp plant oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g pecorino cheese (block)
  • radicchio

Instructions

    Soak the bread in lukewarm water. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix with the meat, eggs, parsley, drained bread, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs and brown them in hot butter with 1 tbsp oil on all sides. Wash the zucchini, trim ends, slice, and grill in hot olive oil in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Slice the cheese. Wash, clean, and separate the radicchio leaves.
