Ingredients

  • 4 taco shells (pre-made)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 Green Chili Pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 500 g mixed ground meat
  • 1 Green Chili Pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 loaf of bread (from the previous day)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 jar salsa picante (pre-made)

Instructions

    Soak bread in lukewarm water. Wash chili pepper, halve it, remove seeds, finely chop, mix with meat, egg, pressed bread, salt and pepper, and form small patties.

    Heat butter and oil and sear the patties on each side for 4 minutes until crisp. Halve peppers, remove seeds, wash, cut into strips. Peel onion, halve it, slice into rings.
