Ingredients

  • 3 EL tomato paste
  • 3 EL honey
  • 2 EL soy sauce
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1800 g spare ribs (cut into portions by butcher)
  • 2 Zucchini
  • oregano
  • oil (for brushing)

Instructions

    Mix tomato paste, honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper to make a sauce. Brush the spare ribs with it and wrap in foil; refrigerate for at least one hour. Wash and dry the zucchini, cut into bite‑sized pieces.

    Place the ribs on a hot grill and cook 30–40 minutes (depending on thickness), turning frequently and brushing with oil. Sprinkle oregano over the zucchini pieces, season with salt and pepper, place them on the grill, drizzle with oil and turn occasionally.
