Ingredients

  • 40 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 200 g cream yogurt
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp apple juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • 250 g mixed ground meat
  • 1 small egg (S)
  • Salt

  • 2 tbsp canned corn kernels
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 Zucchini

Instructions

    For the dip, chop pumpkin seeds. Mix yogurt with ketchup and apple juice. Season with salt and pepper and fold in the pumpkin seeds.

    Soak rolls in lukewarm water for the skewers. Peel and dice onion. Combine ground meat, onion, squeezed roll, egg, salt and pepper into a smooth dough. Stir in corn. Shape small balls from the meat dough. Rinse, trim and slice zucchini.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, brown the meatballs all around. In remaining oil, cook zucchini slices. Thread meatballs and zucchini onto skewers. Serve skewers with yogurt dip.
