Ingredients

  • 500 g small zucchini
  • 30 g ginger
  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 500 g 1:1 gelatin sugar

    Wash, trim, and cut the zucchini into strips. Peel the ginger and finely grate it on a kitchen grater. Mix ginger, turmeric, zucchini, and sugar and let sit covered in the refrigerator overnight.

    The next day bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for about 5 minutes until sparkling. Pour hot into jars, seal tightly, and allow to cool standing upright.
