Ingredients

  • 300 ml black currant juice
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 500 ml cherry juice
  • 20 sheets gelatin
  • Lemon (juice)
  • sugar (for coating)

Instructions

    Soak gelatin in cold water.

    Bring juices with lemon juice to a boil and remove from heat.

  3. 3.

    Stir in the drained gelatin, pour into a rectangular pan lined with plastic wrap, and let set for at least 4 hours.

    Cut out of the pan, peel off the plastic, cut into diamonds, coat in sugar, and serve.
