Zoodles with Paprika-Chili Sauce and Chicken

Ingredients
- 1–2 medium zucchini
- 6 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 pack Exquisa (Fitline Paprika-Chili)
- 1 tbsp Ajvar (or tomato paste)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 150 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 sprigs basil leaves, torn
- 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
Instructions

Clean and wash the zucchini, then spiralize or slice into spaghetti shape. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel and slice the onion. Peel and mince the garlic. Optionally, on a separate cutting board with a different knife, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pan, add the chicken if desired and cook until fully cooked. Then set aside and sauté the onions and garlic. Add Exquisa Fitline and stir in Ajvar.

Toss the zoodles into the sauce, fry for about 2 minutes while seasoning with salt and pepper, then re-add the chicken if needed.

Fold in the tomatoes and serve everything with basil and lightly toasted pine nuts, enjoying it warm.
