Spoonsparrow and Exquisa present: Oatmeal Tiramisu – such a delicious start to the day!

Ingredients

  • 100 g Hazelnuts
  • 250 g rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp white almond butter
  • 75 ml espresso
  • 200 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 cups Exquisa ZERO Quark‑Yogurt‑Cream Latte Macchiato flavor (400 g each)
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. In a bowl mix oats with almond butter, espresso, milk, chopped hazelnuts, salt and all but a little for topping. Divide the oat mixture into 4 glasses (~440 ml) and chill for about 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile peel and slice the bananas. Layer each glass first with ¼ of the banana slices, then add ¼ of the Exquisa ZERO Latte Macchiato cream on top. Dust the tiramisu with cocoa, decorate with remaining hazelnuts, and serve.
