Ingredients

  • 120 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 Tbsp plant oil

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 220°C fan.

    Sift the flour into a bowl. Season with salt and beat in the egg. Pour about 60 ml water in and continue whisking while gradually adding the milk until a smooth, thick batter forms. Let rest while greasing the cups of a pudding or muffin tin with oil. Heat the oven for 5-10 minutes.

    Carefully pour the batter into the prepared cups. Bake in the oven for another 10‑15 minutes until golden brown and airy.
