Ingredients
- 125 g Blueberries
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- fresh mint
- 2 tbsp oatmeal
- 400 g kefir
Instructions

Wash, rinse, and dry the berries, then sprinkle with cane sugar and let sit briefly. Wash mint leaves and pat dry.

Blend berries with half the mint leaves, oatmeal, and kefir until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with remaining mint leaves before serving.
