Yogurt with Oranges

Ingredients

  • 400 g cream yogurt
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 oranges
  • honey (to taste)

Instructions

    Whisk the yogurt until creamy. Toast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan.

    Peel the oranges and cut into pieces, reserving the juice. Grate zest from one orange shell. Mix the oranges and juice with the yogurt, sprinkle pine nuts on top, garnish with orange zest, and sweeten with honey if desired.
