- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- oil (for frying)

Peel quail legs, season with salt and pepper. Spread flour and breadcrumbs on separate plates. Beat the egg in a shallow dish.

Coat each leg first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Arrange on serving dishes.
