Ingredients

  • 50 g Oats
  • 1 tsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp currants
  • 1 pear
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp pear syrup
  • a pinch cinnamon

Instructions

    Mix the oats, nuts, and currants in a bowl.

    Wash the pear, quarter it, and core it. Slice the quarters into thin rounds and immediately drizzle with lemon juice.

    Combine 2/3 of the pears with yogurt, pear syrup, and cinnamon. Spread over the oat mixture and top with remaining pear slices.
